I listed my home with Tyler. It sold in roughly 120 days in the dead of winter. Tyler is very upbeat and on spot with the market. He kept me informed throughout the process and was considerate of my needs. There were a few setbacks due to air and water testing requiring systems to be installed and Tyler kept on top of it, even setting and mailing one of the tests for me while I was away. He was very positive and kept my confidence on the timing of the sale of my house, and it happened within that timeframe. I am a very satisfied seller thanks to Tyler's all around expertise.

He scheduled everything based on my availability and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. If there was something he wasn't completely sure of he was either calling or emailing someone that moment trying to get the desired information.
